What shipping methods do you offer?
At the moment we offer 2 shipping options:
- Regular Airmail Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3 - 4 weeks.
- Express Courier Delivery: Available only for customers in the USA, UK, and Australia. This trackable courier service delivers in 7 - 14 days. Tracking numbers for EMS will start working within 4 business days after the order is shipped.
Please note that Courier delivery is fully trackable via Postal Services and is currently available for USA, UK, and Australia customers only. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming that your product has left our facility. From that point, your order will be delivered within 3 - 4 weeks (depending on the shipping method chosen).
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
What sum do I have to pay if you reship the product?

Holidays, adverse weather conditions, and delays with mail processing are some of the reasons why your package might possibly be delayed.
